The CN Tower is a 553.3 m-high concrete communications and observation tower in Toronto, Canada. Completed in 1976, it is located in downtown Toronto, built on the former Railway Lands. Its name "CN" referred to Canadian National, the railway company that built the tower.
The best time to visit the CN Tower without crowds is either early in the morning, from 9 to 11 a.m., or in the evening, after 5 p.m. If you arrive at 9 a.m., you might even have the opportunity to be almost alone at the Tower! However, during peak hours, expect a queue of roughly an hour. The CN Tower is open daily from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
